  3. 1 canDiced water chestnuts
  4. 1 bunchDiced green onions
  5. 1 largeOnion
  6. 4 cloveGarlic
  7. 2chopped portabella mushrooms
  8. 1 tbspRice wine vinegar
  9. 1 1/2 cupHoisin sauce
  10. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  11. 2 tspSesame seeds
  12. 2 tbspSiracha
  13. 1 headButter lettuce

30 mins
  1. 1

    brown pork or chicken in skillet

  2. 2

    add diced 1 diced onion

  3. 3

    add garlic

  4. 4

    add diced mushrooms

  5. 5

    add water chestnuts

  6. 6

    drain grease and excess liquid from pan and return to heat.

  7. 7

    add diced green onions

  8. 8

    add hoisin,soy sauce,rice wine, siracha, and sesame seeds

  9. 9

    simmer for five minutes

  10. 10

    enjoy with fresh butter lettuce
