Cooking Instructions

    Take palak cleaned washed and steamed with 4 garlic cloves.

    Now grind in mixy. Keep a side. Make paste of ginger and garlic.

    Make a paste of onion. Now put the kadhai on gass. Put oil in it. Tez patta dal kar stirr karein.

    Dein put onion paste fry till turns golden dein put garlic ginger paste ko fry karein.

    Tomato ka bhi paste bana ke dale.

    Ab sare masale dal ke acche se bhun le.

    Now put paneer fry them for few seconds, now put palak paste.

    5 min ke liye bina cover kiye pakne de.

    Garam masala dale. Uper se ghee dal kar serve karein.
