Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsplit chicken breast
  2. 1 packagesbaby carrots sliced
  3. 1 largeonion dieced (I like red onion)
  4. 5piece's celery diced
  5. 4cubes chicken bullion
  6. 1 can14.5 ozs chicken broth
  7. 1 can10.5 ozs cream of chicken soup
  8. 1 tbsprosemary
  9. 1 tbsplemon pepper
  10. 1/2 tbspgaric powder
  11. 1/2 tbsppepper
  12. 4 quartwater
  13. dumplings
  14. 2 cupbisquick
  15. 2/3 cupmilk
  16. 1 dasheach of the same seasoning rosemary,lemon pepper,garlic,and pepper
  17. 1 largesoup~pot

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    add water,chicken,bullion cubes,and seasoning to large pot

  2. 2

    when it start's to boil rapidly add veg and chicken broth

  3. 3

    when chicken is done remove from pot and debone and chop and shred up and put back to pot

  4. 4

    continue to cook till veg are tender

  5. 5

    add can of cream of chicken soup and simmer

  6. 6

    now the dumplings

  7. 7

    mix bisquick and milk together using a fork I like to season it with the same seasoning I added to the water and chicken

  8. 8

    drop by little spoonfull into boiling pot when all dumplings are added cover and simmer bout 10~15 min

Im making this now. It smells great! But, i hope that 4 quarts of water measurement is correct because ive got a WHOLE LOT of liquid in this pot and i have yet to put in the dumplings.
