Cook chicken with celery & onions. Add garlic. Add chicken bouillon. Add seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Take meat off bone. Add more water if needed. Simmer. Add shredded carrots & potatoes.

Dumplings: beat eggs. Add water, flour, oil & salt and mix. Take 1/2 t dumpling and dip spoon into boiling water so falls off. Cook dumpling about 15 minutes.
