Hummingbird Cake Hummingbird Cake
This cake, by chef Art Smith, was one of the most requested desserts at his (now closed) Chicago restaurant, Table Fifty-Two. My friend Rick once tried it and raved to me about it. I was able to find the recipe in Oprah’s website. Indeed, this is the best version of hummingbird cake that I have ever tasted.#GoldenApron23 Ricardo -

It’s my second time making it. Be sure to let the sugar burn slightly in the pan, it will give more flavour to the cake and also the colour. cookwhenbored
