Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325

Mix first 4 ingredients

Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and stir it into cake batter until well blended

Pour batter into a well greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 40 mins or until cake is done. Cooking time will vary based on oven

For icing:

Mix confectioners sugar, vanilla and milk til smooth and set aside. It will be pastey but smooth. (no worries, it will form a nice glaze over hot cake)

Once cake is browned and tests clean for being done, poke little holes with a fork throughout cake (maybe 8 places) and pour on icing while hot
