First boil the moong

Take a bowl put mashed potatoes add salt

Take another bowl put boiled moong, coriander leaves, green chilli,rock salt,and chat masala

Mix well

Take some mixture of potatoes

Fill the moong mixture in the potatoes balls

Make a tikki

Take tava heat little oil keep tikki

Roast it both the side

Than take a plate keep tikki

Now put the 1 tsp of curd

Than put imli chutney,green chutney

Than sprinkle the red chilli powder,chat masala,barik sev.Onion and coriander leaves for garnish

Serve hot

She asked us to use 2 portions of moong dal to 1 portion of urad dal. This way, the bhallas would come out super soft and delicious, she says. This recipe makes use of electric beater to beat the batter until smooth, thick, airy and fluffy. It also makes use of an ice-cream scoop to make it super easy to drop batter into the hot oil and so as to have equal sized bhallas. Here, I have documented the steps required.
