Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2 cupself-rasing flour
  4. 1 cupcaster sugar
  5. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1 cupwarm water
  7. 1 cupchocolate powder
  8. 1 tbspbaking powder
  9. Frosting
  10. 4 tbspmilk
  11. 1/2 cupchocolate powder
  12. 1 cupcaster sugar
  13. 1 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    Whisk egg whites and leave it on the side.

    In a bowl, mix yolk, sugar, vegetable oil, chocolate powder and half of the warm water.

    Add half of the flour, and mix.

  4. 4

    Add the rest of water, and then the rest of the flour.

  5. 5

    Add baking powder and finally the egg whites.

  6. 6

    Grase a cake tin with butter end flour.

  7. 7

    Put the dough in and bake it for 40 minutes in medium temperature. 350°F (180C)

    After the cake is baked start making the frosting

  9. 9

    Add all ingredients in a pan and cook it until it becomes creamy.

  10. 10

    Decorate the cake and serve.
