  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 3 tspghee
  3. 1 tspfinely chopped carret
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped brans
  5. 2 tspgreen peas
  6. 2 tspdry coconut powder
  7. 1 tsproasted peanut
  8. 2green cardamom
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1 pinchor red chilli powder
  11. 1finely chopped onion
  12. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tspsalt to taste
  14. 1/4 tspwith pepper powder
  15. Few coriander levels

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the rice in water for 15 min.drain the water.Add 1.5 cup of water to every cup of rice used.

    Cook in pressure cooker, medium flames for exactly 2 whistle switch off the flame and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Cool the rice on place,set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, fry for a couple of minutes. Add dry coconut powder mix well.

    Add all chopped vegetables and salt, pepper powder, fry briefly for 3-4 minutes.

    Add chopped coriander levels saute for a couple of minutes more.serve hot.
