  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1.25 cupwater
  3. 0.5 tspturmeric powder
  4. 0.5 cupgreen peas
  5. 0.5 cupsweet corn
  6. 30 gspring onion
  7. O.25 cup capsicum
  8. 3green chilli
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 3 tbspghee
  11. leavesCoriander
  12. 0.5 tspginger garlic paste
  13. Cashews and dry grapes
  14. O.5 tsp oregano leaves

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In instant pot switch on sauté mode. Add ghee + cumin seeds+ spring onion + capsicum + peas + corn+ ginger garlic paste and sauté. Add these one by one.

    Now add turmeric + chilli + salt. Also add basmati rice and sauté well.

    Now add 1.25 cup water. Add a tsp of ghee and some cashews and dry grapes. Add oregano leaves as well. Switch on soup mode and cook for 6 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
