I wanted to try making a sweet snack that was fulfilling and used no oil.Right before and after baking, drop the cake on the counter top, still in the mold, to release any air and prevent it from shrinking. It's more rich if you use a crushed bar of chocolate. Once it's cooled, I recommend you top it with honey, jam or ice cream. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -
Hummingbird Cake Hummingbird Cake
This cake, by chef Art Smith, was one of the most requested desserts at his (now closed) Chicago restaurant, Table Fifty-Two. My friend Rick once tried it and raved to me about it. I was able to find the recipe in Oprah’s website. Indeed, this is the best version of hummingbird cake that I have ever tasted.#GoldenApron23 Ricardo -

Matcha Chiffon Cake Matcha Chiffon Cake
I love chiffon cake and azuki beans paste. So I created a matcha flavour chiffon cake which goes well with azuki paste.Whipped cream served with azuki paste is perfect.Make sure to whip merengue until firm peak form and gently fold batter to retain tiny bubbles. When you remove from the mold, run the bamboo skewer or chiffon cake knife around the cake – using an up and down motion – then remove. Turn cake over gently. You can make this chiffon cake without matcha liqueur (just add some more water to it instead; the amounts for both are listed below). Recipe by Chikazo- cookpad.japan -

Oil-Free Chocolate Banana Cake Oil-Free Chocolate Banana Cake
I bought pure cocoa for the first time in awhile, so I thought up an original recipe using it ♫♬■ Blend the bananas to your desired texture; mix for a short time for larger pieces, and a longer time for smaller pieces.■ If you don't have a round pan, a muffin pan or pound cake pan should also work.■ Depending on the pan, you may want to coat it with butter or parchment paper.■ The baking time may vary depending on your oven. Test it by inserting a toothpick.■ It's moister and more delicious the day after baking. Be sure to wrap it in plastic wrap, or put it in a plastic bag to store it. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -
