I wanted to try making a sweet snack that was fulfilling and used no oil.

Right before and after baking, drop the cake on the counter top, still in the mold, to release any air and prevent it from shrinking.
It's more rich if you use a crushed bar of chocolate. Once it's cooled, I recommend you top it with honey, jam or ice cream. Recipe by mini

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 grams☆Silken tofu
  2. 1☆Egg
  3. 70 grams☆Sugar
  4. 7drops ☆Vanilla oil (if you have it)
  5. 100 grams*Cake flour
  6. 20 grams*Cocoa powder
  7. 3 grams*Baking powder
  8. 2Ripe bananas

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together the ☆ ingredients (in order) till smooth.

    With cutting motions, mix together the * ingredients with a spatula. Then mix in the mashed bananas with the backside of a fork.

  3. 3

    Coat a mold with oil and then bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180℃. Cover with a moistened and tightly wrung out towel, and then with some plastic wrap and let it cool. Store it in the refrigerator.
