Ingredients

  1. 5or 6 slices turkey breast
  2. 2 slicecountry or Italian bread
  3. 2 slicemozzarella cheese
  4. 2 tbspbuffalo sauce
  5. 1/4avocado; sliced
  6. 1/4red onion; shaved
  7. 1/3yellow, orange, or red roasted bell pepper; julienne
  8. 1Roma tomato; sliced
  9. 2 tspmayonnaise

    Layer ingredients together. Grill on preheated panini press at approximately 500° until golden brown and crispy. Use non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.
