  1. 4salmon filets
  2. 1 cupcrushed pineapple
  3. 1 cupchipotle salsa
  4. 1 tbsproasted, ground cumin
  5. 1 tbsproasted, ground coriander
  6. 2 tspsmoked paprika
  7. 2 tsponion powder
  8. 2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1salt and pepper

    Marinate salmon in salsa for 4-48 hours.

  2. 2

    Put salmon on a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour marinade over filets. Season. Top with crushed pineapple. Bake at 400°for approximately 15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°
