I created a flavorful dip by combining my favorite ingredients. I wrote this up as a memo to myself. I'm experimenting .

Mentsuyu will make this really flavorful and shio-koji will give it a lighter taste. Adding mayonnaise will give a tart accent. Please adjust according to your tastes. Try adding a bit of lemon juice, too! Recipe by miyuki12

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2Avocado
  2. 20 gramsSake lees (I recommend the paste)
  3. 1 tspWhite miso
  4. 2 tbspSoy milk
  5. 1 tbspof mentsuyu or 2 teaspoons of shio-koji. adjust (to taste) ◎ Mentsuyu or shio-koji - see Helpful Hints
  6. 1 tsp◎ Mayonnaise ※Refer to Helpful Hints

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients except for those marked ◎ into a food processor and blend. Add the ◎ ingredients as needed to finish.

  2. 2

    Spread on crackers or enjoy with bread. It's also great with salad.
