I wanted to lose 3 kg, so I came up with this recipe to fill myself up while on a diet.

Use watery vegetables and cut them into big pieces so it becomes more satisfying. I lost weight by eating this salad before meals. This is very filling and my food intake reduced substantially. Recipe by HHAK

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 pieceChicken tender
  2. 1/4 blockTofu
  3. 3 smallTomatoes
  4. 1Cucumber
  5. 1/4pack Bean sprouts
  6. Dressing
  7. 1 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  9. 3 tbspVinegar
  10. 2 tspSugar
  11. 2 smallUmeboshi with honey (pounded)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken tender, and cut the tofu, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces a little bigger than bite-sized. Quickly blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water.

    Shred the vegetables and chicken tender by hand, and put them into a bowl. Combine the dressing, and it's done.
