This goes great with thick noodles.
If using concentrated mentsuyu, delute it first.

  • 1 tspVinegar
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 2 tspGround white sesame seeds
  • 1☆Ichimi spice
  • 1☆Ra-yu

Steps

    Ground the sesame seeds. Mix in all the ingredients except for the ☆ ingredients. Add the ichimi spice and ra-yu to taste.
