200 mlMentsuyu
1 tspVinegar
1 tspSesame oil
2 tspGround white sesame seeds
1☆Ichimi spice
1☆Ra-yu

Ground the sesame seeds. Mix in all the ingredients except for the ☆ ingredients. Add the ichimi spice and ra-yu to taste.
