Southern Coca Cola Cake

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix well

Combine butter, one cup coca cola, and cocoa on stove and bring to a boil

Remove from the heat and add to flour mixture. Mix well

Mix buttermilk and baking soda together and pour into mixture

Add marshmallows and continue stirring occasionally the marshmallows will not melt.

Add eggs and vanilla. Mix and pour into 9*13 pan.

Bake 350 for 30 mins.

For the icing you will need 3 tablespoons cocoa, 6 tablespoons coca cola. 4 cups unsifted powdered sugar. 1teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup of pecans. (Optional)

Bring butter and coca cola and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and mix well vanilla and sugar. Pour over hot cake. Enjoy
