Ingredients

  1. 24 ozfavorite marinara (1 jar)
  2. 1 lbground lamb
  3. 2 largeonion, finely chopped
  4. 1 lbangel hair pasta
  5. 1 tspsalt (to taste)
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper (to taste)
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    In medium saucepan, warm marinara on low heat.

    Season ground lamb with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Preheat large skillet on high heat.

  4. 4

    Add seasoned lamb to skillet and cook until completely browned.

    Remove lamb from skillet and add to marinara (leaving as much of the cooking juices in the skillet as possible).

    Reduce heat to medium then add onions and a pinch of salt to the skillet.

    Continue to sweat onions until tender.

    Remove onions from skillet and add to marinara.

  9. 9

    Prepare pasta as directed on package.

  10. 10

    Plate desired amount of pasta and sauce then enjoy. Best served with a warm French loaf and great glass of wine.
