There's a dish where you mix the egg into the natto and beat it until airy. The fluffy egg mixes in deliciously with the rice. It worked well with this fried rice. Season with lots of black pepper and add just a bit of soy sauce to create a colorful and wonderfully fragrant dish. After mixing the egg into the natto, the main point is to beat it together well. It will become like an omelet soufflé. Since you'll be adding rice, mix it together really well and when it's cooked, it should be crumbly. Heating the rice in the microwave is also important. Easy Chicken Fried Rice Easy Chicken Fried Rice
This is an easy recipe to use up some of that leftover rice in the fridge! You should always try to use day old rice because fresh rice will be too moist and won't give the meal the right texture. I prefer boneless and skinless chicken thighs because the extra fat content means I can use less oil and the fat from the chicken gives it so much more flavor! Ellsworth Eats -
