Ingredients

  1. 1 lbcrab meat or about 2 cups+
  2. 16 ozcream cheese (2 packages)
  3. 1/3 cupsour cream
  4. 4or 5 scallions (finely chopped)
  5. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1a pinch of chinese 5 spice

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350ºF

    Soften cream cheese in microwave. About 90 sec.

  3. 3

    Use a fork, wooden spoon.

  4. 4

    Add sour cream. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add scallions, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice, chinese 5 spice. Mix well.

    It should be the consistency of smooth frosting.

    Gently fold in (mix) crab.

    Put in 1 1/2 - 2qt. oven safe dish.

    Cook for 30 minutes.

    let set about ten minutes (if you can) before eating.

    serve with fried wontons, or your favorite crackers.
