Spinach , Artichoke And Roasted Red Pepper Dip

I liked adding the roasted red pepper to this during the Christmas season. You can leave them out, change the spinach to chopped frozen kale. Add more hot sauce. Enjoy, experiment and eat well.

I liked adding the roasted red pepper to this during the Christmas season. You can leave them out, change the spinach to chopped frozen kale. Add more hot sauce. Enjoy, experiment and eat well.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Squeeze all liquid from thawed spinach. Add into a large mixing bowl.

To the spinach add the diced pepper, artichokes , cheeses , spices and mayo.

Mix well.

Place in one 7x 11 baking dish or two 8x8. You will serve in these so clean up edges from any excess.

Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.

You can save one 8 x8 and cover tightly and freeze , uncooked for later use. Just take out and thaw and bake as directed above.

Serve this torn bits of freshly baked bread or favorite crackers. Fresh from the oven is best.
