  1. 2 lbChicken breast, cubed
  2. 8Potatoes, cubed
  3. 1/3 cupOlive oil
  4. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1 tbsppepper
  6. 1 1/2 tbspGarlic powder
  7. 6 tbspHot sauce , optional
  8. 2 cupCheddar cheese, shredded
  9. 1 cupBacon, crumbled
  10. 1/2 cupGreen onion, diced

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 500°F

    In large bowl mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce

  3. 3

    Add potatoes to bowl

  4. 4

    Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

  5. 5

    Add potatoes, leave excess oil in the bowl

  6. 6

    Bake potatoes for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes

  7. 7

    I like to cook my chicken a little before I put it in the bowl with oil. Do not cook all the way

  8. 8

    Add cubed chicken to bowl with left over oil. allow to marinate while potatoes bake

  9. 9

    Ounce potatoes are done, add chicken

  10. 10

    Then bacon

  11. 11

    Bake for 15 more minutes.

    Then add cheese and green onion. cook for 3 more minutes
