Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Line 11×17in Jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and spray with baking spray

Line Jelly roll pan with crackers

Melt butter and brown sugar together in medium sauce pan and bring to boil. Once boiling, Boil for exactly 3 minutes.

Pour butter and sugar mixture over Crackers

Bake for 5 minutes

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips let sit for 2 minutes

Spread chocolate chips evenly once spread out sprinkle with chopped pecans

Chill for 20 minutes

Break into pieces and enjoy

EBT stands for “Eddie Back There”. How he got the initials, at the time there were 3 Eddies in our church choir. Eddie on the organ, Eddie on the “skit” team, and Eddie on the back row. The choir director called for Eddie, they answered, “which one?” She said Eddie back there, and the nickname stuck. He makes the BEST chocolate candy.
