Ingredients

  1. 4large unriped plantain
  2. 1cksp red oil
  3. 3 tbspblended crayfish
  4. 1dry fish
  5. 4fresh pepper
  6. 2knorr cube
  7. 1 bunchscent leave
  8. to tastesalt

    It's always advisable to prepare all my recipes down before cooking. Add water into pot,the water should depend on the quantity of your unriped plantain; remove plantain stem cube it and parboil

    After 10minutes put the blended pepper, crayfish, knorr cube, salt, and Palm oil allow it cook for about 5 minutes.

    Then use wooden spoon to turn it till the sauce gets thick.

    Add the saint leaf and the smoked fish. Cook for about 4 minutes and turn off heat and serve
