    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry fish

    Serve in a plate.

    Take another sufuria put onions ana oil stir.

    Add tomatoes mash them well

    Add sukuma wiki and salt stir

    Add a 1/2 glass of water and let it boil in a while

    Then tKe that sukumawiki stew and put on top of fried fish.
