  • 6 sliceof fish / small fish
  • 2onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2stalks escallion
  • 1any other vegetable in season
  • 1fish stock or water

  1. 1

    prepare and fry fish

  2. 2

    strain nearly all the oil from frying pan, and set aside

  3. 3

    sauté onions, tomatoes, scallions and other vegetables, in frying pan

  4. 4

    add stock or water and simmer until flavors blend

  5. 5

    add fish to sauce

  6. 6

    cover and simmer until heated through
