Cooking Instructions

prepare and fry fish

strain nearly all the oil from frying pan, and set aside
- 3
sauté onions, tomatoes, scallions and other vegetables, in frying pan
- 4
add stock or water and simmer until flavors blend
- 5
add fish to sauce
- 6
cover and simmer until heated through
