Wash well and slice the fish.Heat wok with oil.Then fry the ginger together with fish.Fry until the fish skin turns golden brown.

Then put the fish in a fish net then put into a dip pot.

Combine all the ingredients in a pot then pour water.

Boil for 45 mins to an hour.
