Combine brown sugar, steak seasoning, and garlic. Mix well. Press into both sides of chicken.

Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts until done, about 3-4 minutes a side.

This is my first recipe and it's not really mine. Was looking for something with honey and brown sugar for a roasting chicken. Found one and added a few ingredients and thought it turned out good. Could probably use a few more spices but my family doesn't like too many, so my hands are tied a bit. Some thyme or rosemary might work nicely. Everyone loved it this way though. packer1227 -
