Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 Cmushrooms, sliced
  2. 2 Tbutter
  3. 2 Conions, sliced thin
  4. 4garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 1/2 Cflour
  6. 4 Cchicken broth
  7. 2 tspcayenne
  8. 2bay leaves
  9. 1 Tpaprika
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the butter in a medium saute pan on medium low. Add the mushrooms and saute until brown. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes

    Add the the rest of the spices. Now put in the flour (spread out over mixture) and pour in the broth slowly while whisking the entire time until it thickens, about 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve on your meat or pasta.
