Ingredients

  1. 2Green Bellpepper
  2. 1Red Bellpepper
  3. 2 Tomatoes
  4. 200 gmMushroom
  5. 1large Onion
  6. 2 tspGinger & Garlic to prepare paste
  7. 2-3Green Chillies
  8. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  9. 1/2 tspCummin Powder
  10. 3/4 tspCoriander Powder
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  12. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  13. 3/4 tspMustard
  14. 3/4 tspCummin seeds -
  15. 1 tspSalt
  16. 2 tspTomato sauce
  17. 2 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok. Add Mustard. Allow to splitter. Add Cumin and sauté. Add slit Green Chillies. Blend and prepare Ginger garlic paste and add and sauté till the raw smell goes off.

    Add julienne cut Onion and little salt to soften it. Sauté till translucent. Add all the spices and mix well.

    Add the water washed Mushrooms, drain water and slice them. Add them and keep lid closed and allow 5 minutes for the Mushroom to cook.

    Add the sliced Tomatoes and mix. Keep covered for the tomatoes to cook.

    Add the cubes Bellpeppers and mix well and cook for a minute or two, to allow the crunchiness to be retained. Add the tomato sauce mix and garnish with finely chopped Cilnatro and the dish is done.

    Enjoy with Rotis, Parathas or Naan.
