Delicious Protein Packed Brownies (w/o the protein powder!)

Ingredients

  1. 1Ripe Banana
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/3 cupMaple Syrup
  4. 1 tbspHoney
  5. 1/2 cupOat Flour (if you dont have any just blend up instant oats until you get a flour consistency)
  6. 1 tspBaking Powder
  7. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  8. 1/3 cupPeanut Butter
  9. 1Optional: Chopped Pecans/Walnuts and Dark Chocolate Chips for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Place parchment paper in brownie pan and grease lightly

  3. 3

    Mash ripe banana and mix together all l the wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately

  4. 4

    Combine both wet and dry ingredients

  5. 5

    Pour mix into baking pan and sprinkle with some chopped pecans and dark chocolate chips!

  6. 6

    Bake for about 15 mins and enjoy! Makes about 9 even squares
