  • 3 spoonsunsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dry ingredients ⬆️
  • 1 spoonflazmeal
  • 3 spoonwater
  • Honey if you want
  • 1very ripe banana
  • Wet ingredients ⬇️

    Bake for 30 min in the oven for 250 Celsius 482 Fahrenheit
