Ingredients

  1. 1 lb93/7 lean ground beef
  2. 1large white onion, diced
  3. 1medium green pepper, diced
  4. 1 canchicken broth
  5. 1 can (14.5 oz)diced tomatoes, undrained
  6. 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
  7. 1 canchili or kidney beans, undrained
  8. 1 tbspminced garlic
  9. 1 tbspcumin
  10. 1 tbspchili powder
  11. 1 tbsppaprika
  12. 1 tbspground coriander
  13. 2 tbspworchestershire sauce
  14. 2 tspbasil
  15. 1*optional* shredded cheese for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Get your crockpot ready!

  2. 2

    Chop your onion and green pepper. Brown ground beef and add chopped veggies and garlic. Save some onion to throw in the crockpot for a fresh crunch

  3. 3

    Transfer your beef mixture to a crockpot, then add all other ingredients and stir together

  4. 4

    Put your crockpot on low 6-8 hrs or high 4 hours and let the flavors marry! Top with shredded cheese and onion if desired.
