I have no idea where I got this recipe from since I've had it for years, but it is definitely a family favorite request.

Ingredients

1 hour
8 servings
  1. 1 cupSugar
  2. 1/2 cupLight Karo
  3. 1/4 cupMelted butter
  4. 3Well beaten eggs
  5. 1 cupChopped pecans
  6. 1pie crust.

Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, Karo, melted butter, and well beaten eggs together.

  3. 3

    Add chopped pecans and stir.

  4. 4

    Bake 10 minutes at 400°F, reduce heat and bake at 30 - 35 minutes at 350.
