Cracker Crusted Cubed Steak
Needed something new. Improvising seems to be a talent of mine.
Cooking Instructions

In a medium skillet heat enough oil to thinly coat bottom of pan.

Meanwhile beat both eggs in a bowl. Place crushed crackers in a separate bowl. Season steak with pepper and garlic. Dredge steak first in egg then coat firmly with the crackers.

Once oil is hot place steaks into pan.

Cook until no longer pink. Be careful not to burn.
- 5
Serve with sides of choice. I did Garlic mashed potatoes with mushroom onion gravy and bacon infused green beans.
