These are...my favorite meatballs!

Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1 lbground mild italian sausage
  2. 1/4 cupwhite onion (chopped finely)
  3. 3 clovegarlic (minced)
  4. 3 tbspitalian bread crumbs
  5. 1/4 cupmozzarella (shredded)
  6. 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  7. 1/4 cupolive oil

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    In medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Shape meat into balls (slighlty smaller than a golfball)

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs. Fry meatballs for 15 minutes (turning every 2 mintues and constantly spooning oil on top) or until fully cooked.

    Drain on paper towels

  4. 4

    *I like mine in vodka sauce with linguine!

so good we had them by themselves as an appetizer will make again and add to pasta thanks so easy and delish
