Cheesy Tater Tot Hotdish Cheesy Tater Tot Hotdish
I used to make the same, boring tator tot hotdish that my mom made, loaded with mixed veggies. My kids were never too excited to eat it. One day at work, we were discussing each other's versions of this hotdish and someone mentioned they added cheese on top. I thought I could do better than that and set out to come up with a recipe that my kids not only enjoyed, but one they would ask for. This is what I created! I hope you enjoy this as much as my family does! shelzz66 -
