Cooking Instructions

Pour oil into skillet. Enough to fry the tortillas.

Cut tortillas into chip shapes and put into hot oil fry until crispy. Take each batch out and drain on paper towel.

When done frying chips pour all the oil out and put chips back in pan. then pour the cans of el pato sauce and stir to coat all the chips. I add a little water to it. Cover and simmer until chips become saturated by the sauce and become soft-ish.

Cook eggs over easy. (Tastes better with runny yolk with the chips) you dont nees eggs for this meal but its good with it!

Top chips with sour cream and queso fresco (you don't need sour cream and you can use any cheese). And serve with eggs! Enjoy!

this is super easy to make! if you dont like chorizo no worries just add eggs. also adding additional stuff would do great! example tomato peppers mozzarella cheeze on top etc..... have fun with it and share!! lisss -
