Ingredients

  1. 13lb beef brisket
  2. 1 largeonion sliced
  3. 1Bottle Heinz chili sauce
  4. 1 canFrench onion soup
  5. 1Adobo - enough to rub brisket
  6. 1 1/2bottle mesquite liquid smoke
  7. 1 3/4 cupbrown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Rub seasonings/Adobo, salt, pepper on brisket. Place brisket in crockpot, top with sliced onion. Add in soup, chili sauce, liquid smoke, and brown sugar. Cook for 8-10 hours.

    I added some honey BBQ SAUCE an hour before serving. I also used a crockpot liner for easy clean up. Make sure to serve sliced against the grain on bias.
