Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 3 cupwater
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspground black pepper
  4. 1 tspground dried oregano
  5. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 5 lbrump roast (your choice cut)
  7. 7 ozpackaged dry Italian style dressing mix
  8. 3 cupfavorite BBQ sauce(I use Baby Rays)
  9. 1 tsponion salt
  10. 1 packagesof potato rolls or mini buns
  11. 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (your choice)
  12. 1 tbspGoya sofrito(sold in Latin food isle)

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    Combine water, salt, pepper, oregano,onion salt, garlic, sofrito and Italian mix. Stir well, bring to boil and turn off.

    Place the roast in slow cooker and pour the ingredients over the top.

    Cover and cook on high for 6 hours. When done meat should shred with a fork

    Keep temp on. Mix in the BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly. Cover for 20 minutes (to warm sauce).

    When done. Fill bun/roll with meat. Sprinkle desired cheese amount and serve.
