Ingredients

  1. 1large apple peeled and grated
  2. 1 tspghee
  3. 2 cupmilk
  4. 2 tspsugar free powder
  5. 1/4 tspgreen cardamom powder
  6. 4-5sliced pistachio
  7. 6-7sliced almonds
  8. 4-5saffron string

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a nonstick pan add grated apple and cook on medium flame. Stir and cook until grated apple turns semi dry. It will take around 7-10 min. Turn off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature.

    Pour milk in another pan and bring it to boil over medium flame.

  3. 3

    When starts boiling, reduce the flame to low and cook until milk reduces to 3/4 to it's original quantity. It will take around 10 min. Stir in between otherwise milk will stick to the bottom of the pan.

    Add sugar free powder and mix well increase flame to medium cook for another 10 min.

    Now stir continuously.

    Add cardamom powder and finely chopped almonds and pistachios.

    Mix well and cook for a min. Turn off the flame. And let it cool to room temperature.

    Now add cooked apple. Mix well.

    Garnish with sliced almond and pistachio.

    Serve chilled.
