My son and I are HUGE Big Mac fans but I always feel "the guilts" after eating one. This salad has ALL the flavor of a fattening Big Mac with half the fat and calories!!

My son and I are HUGE Big Mac fans but I always feel "the guilts" after eating one. This salad has ALL the flavor of a fattening Big Mac with half the fat and calories!!

Ingredients

  1. 12 oz-14 oz bagged salad (I used Fresh Express Garden)
  2. 1 1/2 cuplean ground beef cooked, drained very well and crumbled (I used 90% lean) (I also like it to be very warm but not steaming hot)
  3. 4 tbspsweet onion minced or chopped very small
  4. 1/2 cupreduced fat shredded cheddar
  5. 20-25hamburger dill slices cut in half
  6. 2 sliceslow calorie bread toasted and cubed (I used Weight Watcher wheat)
  7. 8 tbsplight thousand island dressing
  8. 2 tbspdill pickle juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add lettuce to a large salad bowl and add ground meat,onions, cheese, pickles and bread cubes.

    Mix thousand island dressing with pickle juice and pour over salad. Serve!
