Quick easy dinner. Sometimes I'll cut slits and add crushed garlic cloves, and sometimes I'll cover in balsamic vinegar before I bake for a different flavor.

Quick easy dinner. Sometimes I'll cut slits and add crushed garlic cloves, and sometimes I'll cover in balsamic vinegar before I bake for a different flavor.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat small amount of olive oil in a skillet
- 2
Cover tenderloin in pepper and Cajun seasoning and sear on all sides in the skillet
- 3
Drizzle with olive oil and bake on 400 until internal temp reaches 140-145
- 4
Let stand for 10 min then cut into 3/4 slices
