Chunky Gameday Beef Chili Chunky Gameday Beef Chili
This is a hearty chili made with beef sirloin tips and ground beef. If you love a chunky chili like me, this is for you. I use a lot of spice because I think chili should be spicy, but that is up to you. It is perfectly fine in the mild form as well Boca de Fogo -

Texas Chili Texas Chili
Texas-style chili doesn't include beans; it's all meat and spicier than other American chili recipes. It's served with crispy corn chips and topped with sliced red onions, sour cream, chopped green onions, and cheddar cheese. It's very delicious. This recipe is even better than the one I posted before. The secret to this recipe is adding strong black coffee, which gives it a hidden depth of flavor and aroma. If you can get Texas chili powder, that's even better because the taste and aroma are different from Thai chili powder. But since it's hard to find in Thailand, I just use regular chili powder. สิทธิพงศ์Translated from Cookpad Thailand -

Guaranteed Great Game Day Chunky Crock Pot Chilli Guaranteed Great Game Day Chunky Crock Pot Chilli
Well I've been eating chilli made by Mom & Dad ever since I can remember.. They're recipes have changed through the yrs as so many have! When I was old enough (6 or 7 yrs) I started cooking too.. I made my first pot of chilli I believe at 12 yrs old, 32 now.. So I've been changing, adding, adapting & cooking my chilli for yrs! This is my latest version now! Trying to get more veggies in our diets & this is it... Mom & Dad aren't here anymore so the chilli cookin is left to me! This ones Definitely a keeper though! Maybe I'll actually have a good chilli to pass on to my kids now! Lol. Enjoy!! :-) dotjeanrobin
