I used dried onions. If you do this, I recommend adding the onions at the time the chorizo is added.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil on medium high in a large skillet.
- 2
Add potatoes, bacon, and onion. Cook until bacon begins to crisp and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Optional: add salt and/or pepper to taste.
- 3
Remove casing from chorizo sausage. Add to mixture in skillet, and cook until sausage is done, stirring often. (Sausage will harden similar to the consistency of cooked ground beef.)
- 4
Scramble eggs. Add to mixture in skillet. Turn often until eggs are done.
- 5
Remove from heat. Sprinkle mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6
For Heart Attack Burritos, serve with flour tortillas.

I recently won my Traeger Grill in a door prize. One of the first things I made was Pork Tenderloin. After playing around I came up with this recipe. I also like to get it ready then spritz with apple juice then let sit for 10 minutes before placing on grill. Darryl -

Ok, maybe not that bad for you, but dang were they good. My wife stole 2 of mine, she never does that. They were really not spicy with the amount of hot sauce I used in this recipe, and the hot sauce used. Adjust to your taste. Maybe some crushed red pepper would be good for more heat.Using a special hot sauce like gochujang as an example, adds a nice flavor profile. I served mine with sugar snap peas and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.I was going to make these heads on, since I bought them that way, but my wife hates them like that, so she cleaned them all. Since it wasn't me cleaning them, I was good with that. But I think head on would have been good also. Fo Fa -

Microwave 30 seconds4. Flatten with a fork to allow it to cook evenly5. Microwave 30 seconds6. Enjoy Ne0nguy -
