Heart Attack On A Plate

I recently won my Traeger Grill in a door prize. One of the first things I made was Pork Tenderloin. After playing around I came up with this recipe. I also like to get it ready then spritz with apple juice then let sit for 10 minutes before placing on grill.

Ok, maybe not that bad for you, but dang were they good. My wife stole 2 of mine, she never does that. They were really not spicy with the amount of hot sauce I used in this recipe, and the hot sauce used. Adjust to your taste. Maybe some crushed red pepper would be good for more heat.Using a special hot sauce like gochujang as an example, adds a nice flavor profile. I served mine with sugar snap peas and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.I was going to make these heads on, since I bought them that way, but my wife hates them like that, so she cleaned them all. Since it wasn't me cleaning them, I was good with that. But I think head on would have been good also. Fo Fa -
Secret Heart Roll Cake Secret Heart Roll Cake
I thought about making Valentine's Day treats using cream cheese. I also wanted to try making this kind of roll cake and somehow the two ideas blended together. If your strawberries don't give it much of a pink colour, you can top the colour up with pink food colouring. My family's baking tray is 30 x 30 cm. If I make a sponge of this size, the heart doesn't wrap up very well so I cut the sponge into a rectangle. Please prepare a baking tray of a similar size to mine. You can eat the excess sponge with whipped cream. It tastes really good. For 1 roll cake. Recipe by Asaemon cookpad.japan -

Memories on My Plate #1: Chana Dal Memories on My Plate #1: Chana Dal
I crave the Indian food I grew up with, but now live thousands of miles from mom. And after 18 months without seeing her due to the pandemic, I was finally able to make the trip. While quarantining at her home this was the first dish we made together - one I always loved but had never attempted. It came out well!Rajesh Mirchandani

Heart-Shaped Ham and Mayo & Ham and Cheese Rolls Heart-Shaped Ham and Mayo & Ham and Cheese Rolls
I made my own bread using a shaping technique I learned 10 years ago at a cooking school.Thinly sliced ham is easy to roll up, so I recommend that. If you are making ham and cheese rolls, divide the dough into 10 equal portions (about 57 g), and it will be easier to roll up. The ingredient amounts are identical to the "Kneaded in the Bread Maker - Milk Dough Topped with Margarine", so please refer to that when changing the amounts. Recipe by Kokubocchi cookpad.japan -

This is a chicken plate that appears in my favorite novel. I thought up the flavor on my own.-It burns easily, so please use a Teflon-coated or non-stick frying pan.-It's crucial that you let the meat sit for about 5 minutes after it finishes cooking.
