Heart Attack Shrimps

Ok, maybe not that bad for you, but dang were they good. My wife stole 2 of mine, she never does that.
They were really not spicy with the amount of hot sauce I used in this recipe, and the hot sauce used. Adjust to your taste. Maybe some crushed red pepper would be good for more heat.
Using a special hot sauce like gochujang as an example, adds a nice flavor profile. I served mine with sugar snap peas and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.
I was going to make these heads on, since I bought them that way, but my wife hates them like that, so she cleaned them all. Since it wasn't me cleaning them, I was good with that.
But I think head on would have been good also.

My wife is disabled, she has M.S. And she finds it hard to cook from her wheelchair. I like a variety of foods, but hate tomatoes, so you don't see too many of my recipes with tomatoes on them. Also both of us have type II diabetes, so high carb and sweet is usually not on the menu either. We have one married daughter, and one that now lives in the Seattle area. We live in Texas, USA with our two dogs.Sorry I have not posted in awhile. Been taking chemo and radiation. and it has taken some out of me. Doctor says it seems to be working, so there is that.
