Cooking Instructions

Take out the giblets.

Put the chicken into a mixing container.

Add the paprika all around and inside the chicken.

Squeeze the lemon juice.

Put everything in a plastic bag.

Add the olive oil and the salt.

Try to keep marinating in the fridge for at least two hours.

Put in the grill and wait until well done. Once in a while open the grill and add the extra sauce on top of the chicken.
