  1. 8large Strawberries Stems Removed
  2. 2 1/2lbs salt
  3. 1/2 cupMoscato Sweet Red Wine
  4. 1/2White Onion
  5. 3 tbspMinced Garlic
  6. 6Habeneros
  7. 6Serrano Peppers
  8. 3Jalapenos
  9. 4 tbspSugar
  10. 2 tspSalt
  11. 3 tbspHoney
  12. 2 tbspWhite Vinagar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except POM juice and wine in food processor until it becomes a fine paste.

  2. 2

    In a pot add wine and POM juice. Combine paste from food processor. Bring to a simmer stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and let cool.

  4. 4

    Add hot sauce to bottle or jar.
