  • 8large Strawberries Stems Removed
  • 2 1/2lbs salt
  • 1/2 cupMoscato Sweet Red Wine
  • 1/2White Onion
  • 3 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 6Habeneros
  • 6Serrano Peppers
  • 3Jalapenos
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 3 tbspHoney
  • 2 tbspWhite Vinagar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except POM juice and wine in food processor until it becomes a fine paste.

  2. 2

    In a pot add wine and POM juice. Combine paste from food processor. Bring to a simmer stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and let cool.

  4. 4

    Add hot sauce to bottle or jar.
